We are looking for **Personal Assistant.**
**Experience - 0 to 1 year**
**Location - Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad**
**FRESHERS ARE WELCOMED**
**Responsibilities**
- To organize daily Schedules, appointments & Meetings.
- Taking charge of tasks with loyalty towards the organization with full responsibility for the completion of the tasks.
- Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
- Schedule meetings & closures for the same.
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Making travel arrangements
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database. **Provide general administrative support.**:
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
- Coordinating with internal teams
- Developing new systems and processes in the company as per the training
- Updating MIS and Getting follow-ups from various team
- Any other work assigned by reporting manager. The responsibilities can be reviewed or changed from time to time as per the guidance of reporting manager.
- **Good spoken and written English**
Technically strong and smart
- **Willingness to learn and contribute to the key results of the organization**:
- Dynamic-willing and able to multi-task
- Easy Adaptability to Internal systems
- Stability of working with organizational systems and on various database
- Good knowledge of MS- office, google sheets, google forms, and excel.
- Effective Communication Skills
- both English and Hindi, Teamwork, Adaptability, Dynamic and flexible working
**Job timing**: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM / 5 days working
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
