Role Overview:

As the
CSO
, you will shape the
strategic vision and growth roadmap
of EasyEducation — an AI-powered EdTech platform making quality learning accessible and affordable for every student in India.

You'll lead
strategy, partnerships, and growth
, working closely with the founder team to scale from a strong product foundation to national and global impact.

This role is ideal for a bold strategic leader who thrives in early-stage startups and wants to
build an impactful education company from the ground up
.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute Easy Education's overall
    business strategy and market expansion plan
    .
  • Build strong
    partnerships with schools, institutions, NGOs, and government bodies
    .
  • Lead
    fundraising strategy
    , investor relations, and help shape the company's pitch and growth story.
  • Identify
    high-impact opportunities
    in Tier 2–3 markets and global expansion.
  • Build strategic GTM (go-to-market) models to scale affordable education rapidly.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to align execution with strategic goals.
  • Represent EasyEducation at investor meetings, EdTech events, and ecosystem partnerships.
