Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with company objectives and target audience.
• Create, edit, proofread, and publish a variety of content, including videos, and other multimedia materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to generate content ideas and ensure brand consistency.
• Manage and update the company's LMS, ensuring content is current, relevant, and optimized for end user.
• Analyze content performance metrics and user engagement data to refine strategies and improve content effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Cultivate relationships with external content creators, freelancers, and influencers to expand our content reach and impact.

Qualifications (3 to 5 years of experience, content courses will be a plus, Exposure to content tools)

• Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role in content creation and management.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, LMS, and byte sized content.
• Ability to storyboard and outline content as per multiple user requirements.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
• Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality content.
