Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing Team at HungerBox.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in content creation and digital storytelling, with the ability to translate brand voice into engaging narratives across multiple channels.
  • As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning and executing our content strategy, driving inbound leads, and building HungerBox's digital presence across industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Content Creation:
    Research, write, and edit high-quality, SEO-optimised blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, and other content formats to attract and engage the target audience.
  • Content Management:
    Manage the company's blog and other owned content channels to ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work with different teams (Product, Design, HR) to create impactful content that reflects HungerBox's brand voice, values, and messaging.
  • Online Reputation Management:
    Monitor and manage the company's online presence across review platforms, social media, and forums; respond to customer feedback promptly, maintain a positive brand image, and develop strategies to strengthen the company's reputation online.
  • Visual Content:
    Collaborate with designers and multimedia specialists to create infographics, videos, and imagery for campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Monitor content performance, analyse results, and refine strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Industry Trends:
    Stay updated on the latest content marketing trends, best practices, and industry insights.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or content marketing professional.

Skills:

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong research and storytelling abilities across diverse topics.
  • Proficiency in content optimization, and social media practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
