Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development

  • Drive business growth across assigned states by identifying new opportunities and markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporate clients, and channel partners.

2. Network Development

  • Identify, appoint, and manage franchisees/agents across the region.
  • Ensure robust last-mile connectivity and service coverage.
  • Strengthen distribution channels and improve service accessibility.

3. Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day transport operations across the designated states.
  • Ensure service quality, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance metrics, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

4. Administration & Compliance

  • Manage administrative functions within the region, including staff supervision and resource allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliances, safety norms, and company guidelines.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for the management team.

5. Team Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and guide branch managers and staff across multiple states.
  • Provide training and development to strengthen team capability.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and performance orientation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of the transport and logistics sector.
  • Proven track record in business and network development.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
  • Languages - knowledge of at least two additional regional languages (besides mother tongue) will be a strong advantage.
  • Age preferable – 40 to 50.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹2,400,000.00 per year
