Technical Account Manager (Bangalore | 5+ Years of experience) Seeking a proactive Technical Account Manager to manage client accounts, nurture relationships, and ensure continuous staff augmentation requirements. Ideal for candidates with a strong technical background and client engagement skills. Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities within client accounts.
• Partner with clients to forecast demand and align talent pipelines.
• Ensure client satisfaction through regular feedback sessions and issue resolution.
• Participate in technical calibration calls with clients.
• Work closely with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure candidate profiles meet technical expectations.
• Provide technical insights during candidate shortlisting, interviews, and client discussions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Liaise with recruitment/delivery teams to translate client requirements into hiring strategies.
• Drive timely submission of quality profiles to clients.
• Support pre-sales activities, such as solution discussions and capability presentations. Must-Have Skills
• 5+ years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in client-facing account management roles.
• Strong technical foundation.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and grow accounts.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Nice-to-Have Skills
• Familiarity with BFSI or Product Development domains.
• Certifications in cloud platforms or Agile methodologies.
