Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time Technical Account Manager for our on-site office in India. The ideal candidate will act as a dedicated point of contact for our clients, bridging the gap between their needs and our technical solutions. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining client accounts, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, driving customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Additionally, the Technical Account Manager will oversee project execution, support sales initiatives, and ensure a high level of customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding and training customers to ensure successful product adoption
  • Providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting
  • Understanding customer goals and recommending best-practice product usage
  • Coordinating with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve issues
  • Monitoring account health, usage, and satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities for product expansion or optimization

Ideal candidates:

3 to 5 years of Experience with strong communicators with technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in Account Management to build lasting client relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address and resolve client issues effectively.
  • Experience in Sales to identify new opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Project Management abilities to ensure successful execution of client projects and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate internally and externally.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or technology solutions is a plus.
