About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Expert to manage and scale our presence on leading e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Amazon and Flipkart, particularly in handling the advertising side (AMS, Flipkart Ads, campaign optimization, etc.), along with excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI.

Manage product listings, keyword optimization, and content for better visibility.

Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Stay updated with the latest marketplace trends, algorithms, and advertising best practices.

Prepare regular performance reports for management.

Requirements

Proven experience working on Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces, with a focus on ads.

Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing, PPC campaigns, and keyword strategies.

Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketplace management.
