Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Growth & AI Strategy Manager located in Gurugram. The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience. They will analyze sales data, manage financial planning, and leverage AI to optimize marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing the e-commerce platform, conducting market research, consulting with management on business strategies, and coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Finance management
- 4–7 years of proven experience in e-commerce management (Amazon, Nykaa, Pepperfry, Tata Cliq mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of AI tools for e-commerce (ChatGPT, Jasper, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Perpetua, DataHawk, etc.)
- Expertise in marketplace SEO, analytics, promotions, and sales strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
- Creative thinker with a track record of driving double-digit sales growth.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills with marketplace category teams.

- Experience in Management Consulting and Consulting services
- Proven leadership abilities and project management experience
- Proficiency in AI tools and e-commerce platforms
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the home décor or luxury retail sector is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Management:
- Own and manage CasaGold's presence on Amazon, Nykaa, Pepperfry, Tata Cliq, and other platforms.
- Optimize listings with high-impact titles, descriptions, SEO keywords, A+ content, and images.
- Run deals, promotions, and campaigns to maximize conversions without unnecessary ad spend.
- AI & Data-Driven Growth:
- Use AI tools to analyze product demand, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies.
- Identify trending products and categories before they peak.
- Automate reporting, keyword research, and customer insights for faster decision-making.
- Sales Strategy & Innovation:
- Develop and execute creative online selling ideas to boost CasaGold's reach.
- Optimize pricing, bundling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Test and scale innovative tactics for visibility and higher ROI.
- Collaboration & Brand Growth:
- Work with design, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Enhance customer experience through personalized recommendations, reviews, and engagement.
- Build partnerships with platforms for exclusive launches and visibility programs.
