Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand sales through the
    Project Dealer Network
    to achieve assigned sales targets and territory growth.
  • Develop and maintain a
    strong pipeline of project leads
    and ensure timely conversion into sales orders.
  • Follow up on site leads
    received from customers, dealers, and specifiers to ensure business closure.
  • Maintain and update the
    CRM system
    with accurate lead status, opportunity progress, and follow-up actions.
  • Regularly identify and
    generate new business opportunities
    through market research, networking, and customer engagement.
  • Promote Focus Lighting's range of products to
    Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs, Specifiers, and Builders
    through meetings, presentations, and product demos.
  • Build and nurture
    strong relationships
    with clients, channel partners, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor
    market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
    to provide insights for strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth
    project execution, pricing, and after-sales support
    .
