Job Summary:

The Accounts & Admin Executive/Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and administrative activities of the branch/office. The role ensures compliance with accounting standards, supports audits, manages expenses, and oversees office administration to maintain smooth operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts & Finance:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts (Journal, Ledger, Cash Book, Petty Cash, etc.).
  • Handle daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP or other accounting software.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and expense tracking.
  • Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and employee claims.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and ensure timely deposit of cash and cheques.
  • Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial audits.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements – GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax.

Administration:

  • Oversee general office administration including procurement of office supplies, asset management, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage employee expense reimbursements, travel arrangements, and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Liaise with banks, government departments, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Support HR in payroll processing.

Compliance & Control:

  • Implement internal financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Keep updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial and administrative data.

Qualification & Experience & Skills :

  • Education: B.Com / MBA in Finance / CA Inter preferred/ CA Drop Out
  • Experience: 2–6 years in accounts, finance, and administrative functions (preferably in [industry, e.g., manufacturing / service / trading sector]).
  • Proficiency in Tally / ERP software, MS Excel, and accounting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory compliances.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
