Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development:Design comprehensive training programs and materials, including lesson plans, modules, and learning objectives, focusing on areas like accounting fundamentals, bookkeeping, financial reporting, taxation, and specific software like Tally.
- Training Delivery:Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and lectures, both in-person and online, using various instructional techniques to engage different types of learners.
- Student Assessment and Support:Assess trainees' progress through assignments, practical exercises, and exams, providing timely feedback, additional support, and guidance to help them grasp complex concepts and apply skills in real-world scenarios.
- Curriculum Maintenance:Stay informed about new accounting standards, practices, and software updates, continuously improving training content and methodologies.
- Reporting and Administration:Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, trainee performance, and provide regular reports to management.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Expertise:A deep understanding of core accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, cost accounting, and proficiency in relevant accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP FICO).
- Teaching Skills:The ability to create engaging learning materials, deliver clear and concise instruction, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Strong oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, and the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
- Analytical & Organizational Skills:Good time management abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail to manage training programs and student performance.
- Passion for Teaching:A genuine interest in helping others learn and develop their accounting skills.
