Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads for real estate sales.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct property visits and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
  • Maintain sales reports and update CRM regularly.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Graduate.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in automobile, hotel, or real estate industry (automobile or hotel background preferred).
  • Location: Candidates must be from Goa (North or South).
  • Gender: Male candidates only.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written & spoken).
  • Passionate about sales and customer engagement.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target driven.
