Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a
Customer Support Executive in Legal Documentation & Compliance Services
, located in Bengaluru South. The intern will be responsible for handling day-to-day customer support activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing online support, and addressing technical support issues. Duties include assisting customers with their inquiries, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Legal/Real Estate background is a plus).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in legal, property, or compliance services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage challenging cases.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Guide customers through property documentation processes such as E-Khata, Khata Transfer, and BESCOM name transfer.
  • Track and update case status, ensuring clients are always informed.
  • Coordinate with internal legal and operations teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Educate customers on Vault's process, timelines, and required documentation.
  • Handle escalations with patience, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience
