Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Customer Support in the International Voice Process at Tech Mahindra, located in Bengaluru South. The Customer Support role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing technical support, addressing customer queries, helping resolve issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also requires maintaining a high level of professionalism and building positive relationships with clients.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written).
No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence).
Candidate must be stable in employment.
Prior Tech Mahindra employees must be checked before shortlisting.
Work Details:
5 days working (can extend to 6 days as per business needs – extra payout applicable).
Rotational night shifts (US Shifts).
2-way cab facility available (₹500 monthly deduction).
