Job Description

We are looking for a female HR Executive to join our HR team at our luxury 5-star property in Munnar. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, attendance & payroll coordination, employee engagement, and statutory compliance, ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment & onboarding.
  • Attendance, leave & payroll coordination.
  • Employee records management & statutory compliance.
  • Support training & development activities.
  • Employee engagement & welfare programs.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in HR / Business Administration.
  • Experience in hotels preferred.
  • WinHMS software knowledge preferred.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
