Job Title Site Supervisor - Civil Construction Location Munnar- 1 person Company SANTHOSHAM BUILDERS Job Type Full-time Other Requirement 2 wheeler Education BTech 2 year Diploma 5 year ITI 10 year Job Site Supervisor to oversee our civil construction projects Role As a Site Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards Responsibilities 1 Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities including scheduling quality control and safety measures 2 Manage and lead construction teams subcontractors and vendors to ensure efficient project execution 3 Continuously monitor work progress identify potential issues and implement corrective actions 4 Ensure compliance with project specifications building codes and safety regulations 5 Review and interpret construction drawings plans and blueprints to guide construction activities accurately 6 Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including clients engineers architects and regulatory authorities 7 Maintain and submit accurate records of daily activities progress reports and resource usage 8 Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization 9 Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate project risks and delays 10 Foster a positive and collaborative work environment promoting teamwork and professional development among team members Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering B Tech or related field proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in civil construction projects Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and techniques Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings plans and specifications Sound understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines Valid driver s license and willingness to travel to different project sites as required Join our team and take on the challenge of delivering high-quality construction projects that exceed client expectations Apply now to become a key member of our dynamic construction team Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
