We are looking for dedicated and experienced Mechanical Electrical Engineers to join our project team for supervising and monitoring the installation of Fire Fighting Systems at various project sites The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution of firefighting works and possess a strong technical and managerial understanding of related systems and site operations Position Title Site Engineer Site Supervisor Firefighting Systems Location Multiple Project Sites Muvattupuzha Kottayam Industry MEP Fire Protection Systems Construction Job Type Full-Time Experience 3 - 7 years in similar role Education Diploma in Mechanical Engineering mandatory above Key Responsibilities Site Supervision Monitoring Oversee day-to-day site activities related to the installation of fire fighting systems hydrant sprinkler pump room piping etc Ensure compliance with project specifications drawings safety standards and quality norms Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of site tasks as per the project schedule Technical Coordination Interpret and implement construction drawings and technical documentation Coordinate with design teams consultants and clients for technical clarifications and approvals Team Subcontractor Management Manage site labor and subcontractor teams efficiently Allocate tasks monitor workforce productivity and ensure safe work practices are followed on-site Measurements Billing Take accurate site measurements and prepare detailed quantity take-offs Coordinate with the billing estimation teams for client billing and subcontractor payments Maintain proper documentation for RA Bills work completion reports and material reconciliation Material Resource Management Coordinate material deliveries verify quality and ensure optimal utilization Maintain stock registers and site inventory Reporting Documentation Prepare and maintain daily progress reports DPR work inspection reports WIR and snag lists Ensure documentation is updated for inspections approvals and client handover Candidate Profile Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute Minimum 3 years of site experience in fire fighting system installations any other MEP related projects Strong knowledge of fire protection system standards e g NBC NFPA IS Codes Ability to read and interpret mechanical layout drawings Proficient in MS Office Auto CAD basic and site documentation Excellent leadership communication and coordination skills Self-motivated detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines Benefits Competitive salary package based on experience and skill set Travel allowances site accommodation as applicable Opportunity to work with reputed clients and challenging projects Career growth in a professional and dynamic work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 500 00 - 22 500 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Muvattupuzha Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Diploma Preferred Experience Project engineering 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
