Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role of Assistant Sales Manager - Real Estate based in Gurugram. The role involves managing and guiding a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and drive business growth. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, identifying new sales opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies. The Assistant Sales Manager will also oversee day-to-day team operations and contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills for client acquisition and relationship building
  • Strategic thinking and leadership abilities for team management and achieving sales goals
  • Proficiency in market analysis and report preparation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and interact with clients
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and experience in residential or commercial property sales is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools or other sales software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Proven track record in sales and managing teams
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Gurugram
