We are a rapidly growing chemical manufacturing company specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality Plasticizers, PVC, Compounds, and Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC). With a strong presence in the B2B segment, we are known for our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B segments across industries.
 - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
 - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for products such as Plasticizers, PVC, Compounds, and PAC.
 - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
 - Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
 - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management.
 - Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to generate leads.
 - Negotiate pricing and contracts within defined company guidelines.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any relevant field (MBA is a plus).
 - 1 - 4 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the chemical or polymer industry, fresher enthusiast with ownership mindset candidates are also welcome.
 - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
 - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 - Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
 - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
