Roles and Responsibilities – Compliance Officer (CA)

1. Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure the company follows all statutory laws, rules, and regulations (GST, Income Tax, ROC, Labour Laws, etc.).
  • Monitor updates in compliance requirements and implement timely changes.

2. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate compliance records, registers, and statutory documents.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities on time.

3. Internal Audits & Controls

  • Conduct regular internal audits to check compliance gaps.
  • Recommend corrective actions and ensure implementation.

4. Risk Management

  • Identify compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure company operations run within legal and regulatory boundaries.

5. Coordination with Departments

  • Work with Finance, HR, Legal, and Management to ensure smooth compliance flow.
  • Guide departments on compliance-related issues.

6. Policy Development

  • Create, review, and update compliance policies and procedures.
  • Train employees on compliance awareness and best practices.

7. Liaison with Authorities

  • Communicate with auditors, tax departments, regulatory bodies, and external consultants.
  • Handle notices, queries, and assessments professionally.

8. Ethical Standards & Corporate Governance

  • Promote ethical business practices.
  • Ensure the organization follows good corporate governance standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
