Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Executive located in Surat. The Compliance Executive will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining internal controls, and overseeing adherence to industry standards. Daily tasks include monitoring company operations for compliance risks, analyzing legal and regulatory requirements, preparing compliance reports, implementing corrective measures, and acting as a liaison during audits or inspections. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, and Industry Standards
  • Skills in Auditing, Internal Controls, and Reporting
  • Proficiency in Legal and Regulatory Analysis
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
