What You Will Get To Do:

  • Act as an execution arm to support daily operational needs across Revenue Operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of recurring data entry, updates, and process support tasks within Salesforce and related systems.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene by executing established processes for data entry, validation, and cleansing.
  • Monitor and triage incoming sales support requests, escalating issues as needed.
  • Provide QA support for Salesforce updates, territory assignments, and account structure maintenance.
  • Support RevOps Managers and Analysts by handling operational workload (bulk uploads, report refreshes, case management, etc.).
  • Distribute weekly sales activity reports.
  • Validate data for Salesforce updates and system enhancements.
  • Assist with territory updates, commission adjustments, and pipeline accuracy checks.
  • Maintain documentation of completed tasks for audit and tracking purposes.
  • Support special projects and ad-hoc requests from the broader Revenue Operations team.

What You Will Bring:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related operational support role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Excel
  • Proven ability to manage recurring tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience handling data uploads, cleansing, and validation processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support cross-functional teams.
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
