Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales & Business Development professional, based in Bengaluru but with some work-from-home flexibility. The professional will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing customer service, and conducting sales training. The professional will also be involved in sales management and enhancing the overall sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in Training and developing sales teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the engineering or automation industry is a plus
