Job Description:
About Role:
To take up ownership of end-to-end business for Retention. Candidate will be responsible for driving retention across channels. This involves conducting research and data analysis, to take informed business decisions to drive strategies. This also includes preparing and sharing reports/MIS by coordinating with different departments like Tech/Non-Tech, Marketing, Actuarial, etc., to suggest improvements in products & processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Identify and analyze system gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement permanent solutions.
- Lead initiatives to improve and develop renewal-related processes.
- Manage and drive new projects based on business requirements.
- Ensure timely and successful project delivery by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Good communication / interpersonal skills
- Good MS Excel skills
- Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of basic insurance and concepts
- Excellent People Management Skills
- Able to cope with fast-paced work environment
Preferred Experience: 3-4 years of experience post MBA
