Position: Senior Salesman – Retail Jewellery

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Openings: 4 Positions

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and customer-focused Senior Salesmen to join our jewellery showroom in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The ideal candidates should have a proven background in jewellery sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and guide them in making jewellery purchases.
  • Explain product details including features, karat, pricing, and offers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain proper display, arrangement, and presentation of jewellery items.
  • Assist in billing and handle POS operations when required.
  • Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery trends.
  • Uphold showroom standards, including decorum and cleanliness.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in retail jewellery showroom sales.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
  • Professional appearance and grooming.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet sales targets.
