Job Title: Operations Executive
Job Location: Bangalore
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient execution of infrastructure projects, handling the operational aspects, and ensuring that all projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination & Execution:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of infrastructure projects.
- Ensure timely execution and adherence to project schedules.
- Coordinate between multiple teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle resource planning, allocation, and management to meet project requirements.
- Identify and resolve any operational issues, delays, or challenges on-site or in the planning process.
- Budget & Cost Management:
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Assist in cost estimation and procurement activities.
- Track project expenses and ensure financial targets are met.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of project operations, documentation, and correspondence.
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project progress, challenges, and milestones.
- Prepare and present operational performance reports and recommendations.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Address any concerns raised by clients or contractors promptly and professionally.
- Organize meetings, briefings, and coordination sessions to keep all stakeholders informed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, or a related field (or 1-2 equivalent work experience).
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
