Location: Sai Siddhi Chowk, Ambegaon Budruk, Pune, Maharashtra 411046

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Fixed) Incentives up to ₹3,000 (based on performance)

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Offices: Hiring for 2 branches

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential students/customers to explain courses and services
  • Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information
  • Explain admission process, course details, fees, and class timings
  • Meet daily/weekly calling targets
  • Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and leads (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Share course details via WhatsApp, SMS, or social media
  • Communicate politely and professionally with all students
  • Coordinate with the admin team for admissions and updates

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
  • Languages Required:
  • Marathi – Fluent (Must)
  • Hindi – Fluent (Must)
  • English – Basic communication
  • Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality
