Role Overview:
We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager – B2B Operations who will be responsible for managing end-to-end B2B logistics operations, covering first mile, mid mile, and last mile. The role demands a strong understanding of B2B processes, transportation planning, and on-ground execution to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily B2B operational activities across multiple locations from first mile to last mile.
- Oversee transportation management, vehicle planning, and route optimization.
- Ensure timely movement of shipments and adherence to client SLAs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendor partners, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
- Track operational KPIs and implement process improvements for better efficiency and cost control.
- Drive manpower planning, shift management, and on-ground team supervision.
- Maintain operational excellence and ensure compliance with company standards and safety norms.
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports for performance tracking and business review.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- 6–8 years of experience in B2B logistics operations (mandatory).
- Strong exposure to first mile to last mile operations, transportation, and vendor management.
- Hands-on experience in vehicle route planning, dispatch operations, and network optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
