We are looking for a passionate Workflow Automation Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, , AI agents and rapid prototyping. This role requires technical expertise and adaptability to leverage AI technologies for efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and integrate workflows across multiple systems (automation tools and CRMs).
  • Create rapid prototypes and deliver projects efficiently using AI-first approaches.
  • Support clients and stakeholders by explaining AI-enabled solutions in clear, non-technical terms.
  • Continuously learn and adopt the latest AI development tools and practices.

Core Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make etc.).
  • Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for custom automation and scripting.
  • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
  • Experience with no-code/low-code platforms
  • Basic programming fundamentals (JavaScript, Python, or )

Soft Skills

  • Rapid learning and adaptability to new AI tools
  • Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving using an AI-first approach
  • Time management with focus on quality and speed

Experience Level: 6 months – 2 years

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹200, ₹500,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
