Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Systems & Support Platform Specialist to design, configure, and optimize GeoTolls customer support and operations systems. This role will focus on building custom workflows, automations, and support processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring our systems are efficient, scalable, and aligned with agency SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

System Design & Configuration

  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support GeoTolls customer support and operational workflows.
  • Design and implement end-to-end support systems using Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service, Case Management, Omnichannel, etc.).
  • Create and manage custom entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.

Workflow & Automation

  • Build automated flows, approvals, and escalations using Dynamics 365 and Power Automate.
  • Define and optimize case routing, SLA tracking, and resolution workflows.
  • Implement alerts, notifications, and reporting for operational visibility.

Integration & Data Management

  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with internal systems, APIs, and third-party tools as needed.
  • Ensure accurate data flow between support systems and GeoTolls backend platforms.
  • Support data migration, cleansing, and ongoing data governance.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with operations, customer support, and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Document system designs, processes, and best practices.
  • Continuously improve system performance, usability, and scalability.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a production environment.
  • Proven experience designing custom support or CRM systems using Dynamics 365.
  • Strong expertise in Power Automate, workflows, and business process flows.
  • Experience creating custom entities, dashboards, forms, and reports.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical system designs.
  • Experience working in regulated or SLA-driven environments is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Omnichannel for Customer Service.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and system-to-system data flows.
  • Experience supporting government or public-sector programs.
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.
