Job Description Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant who will play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing Business Central solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of functional expertise (Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Manufacturing) and technical skills (extensions, integrations, customizations) to support end-to-end ERP implementations and enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) across multiple modules. - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design functional and technical solutions. - Configure and customize Business Central to align with business processes. - Develop and manage extensions, integrations, and reports using AL language and other Microsoft tools. - Support warehousing, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing modules based on project needs. - Conduct UAT, system testing, and end-user training sessions. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in collaboration with technical and functional teams. - Prepare technical documentation, functional design documents, and provide post-go-live support. Skill & Qualification: - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV. - Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant handling both functional processes and technical customization. - Expertise in at least two of the following modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Manufacturing, or Inventory Management. - Good knowledge of AL / C/AL programming, extensions, APIs, and integration concepts. - Understanding of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and Microsoft ecosystem integration. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional / Technical Consultant Associate. - Experience in upgrade or migration projects (NAV to Business Central). - Exposure to Azure and DevOps environment.
