Job Description Job Title: Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant Location: Bangalore / Mumbai Experience: 4 - 8 Years About the Role We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant to configure, design, and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service). The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and experience in Power Platform components. Key Responsibilities - Configure, design, build, and extend Dynamics 365 CE Apps. - Prepare technical architecture, design, and documentation. - Perform unit testing, support system and user acceptance testing, and assist in user training. - Handle code propagation and defect fixing. Must-Have Skills - Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE Apps (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service). - Good working knowledge of Power Platform components. - 23 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE. Good-to-Have Skills - Integration of Dynamics 365 CE Apps with other systems. - Proficiency in .NET, C#, and Azure components (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, Azure DevOps). - Functional knowledge of CRM business processes. - Experience with data migration. - Microsoft Certification: Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate.
