Dynamics 365 Technical Specialist

Microsoft Dynamics 365 ExpertWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a technical role, creating plugins, JavaScript, and Azure function apps. They should also have experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages), expert knowledge of D365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service, and integrating Dynamics CRM with 3rd party APIs and custom integrations.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot issues related to Dynamics 365 modules.Support and maintain Power Platform solutions.Configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 including Plugins, JavaScripts, Web Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.Manage and coordinate system upgrades, Wave updates, and patch deployments.Solution lifecycle management (DevOps, ALM).Work as an escalation point for customers.Champion best practice across the team.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications or Change Requests.Requirements:Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a technical role.Expert knowledge of D365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages).Ability to integrate Dynamics CRM with 3rd party APIs and custom integrations.Benefits:Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology.Chance to develop skills in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative team atmosphere.
