Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) to lead enterprise-wide implementations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP architecture, solution design, and business process optimization across multiple industries.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to define and implement scalable and high-performance solutions.
  • Lead business process analysis, gap analysis, and solution design for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Provide expert-level configuration and deployment across Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash & Bank modules.
  • Guide organizations through data migration strategies, including transitioning from Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
  • Conduct UAT, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and system training for key users.
  • Support post-go-live activities and ensure system stabilization and performance optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies, trends, and best practices to maximize solution effectiveness.

  • Technology Stack:
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
    • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, R2, and AX 2009
  • Business Process Expertise:
    • Strong understanding of ERP design, implementation, and optimization
    • Expertise in Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Operations
    • Hands-on experience in data migration, system integration, and performance tuning
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
    • Ability to lead and mentor technical teams
Certifications (Preferred):
  • OG0-0903: TOGAF 9 Combined Part 1 & Part 2 – Enterprise Architecture
  • MB-700: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect
  • MB-330: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
  • MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations
