We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy administrative professional to manage front desk operations and ensure smooth internal coordination across teams and clients. This role is critical to supporting the day-to-day operations of our creative studio and includes both administrative and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Tasks
- Maintain and regulate attendance records of staff
- Manage and update payment sheets, salary sheets, and petty cash tracking
- Support in project timeline tracking and internal follow-ups with team members
- Handle procurement coordination and vendor communication
- Prepare and dispatch Scope of Work (SOW) documents and quotations to clients
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
Client Coordination & Communication
- Handle client follow-ups via email, phone, and WhatsApp professionally
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and share timely updates
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries and ensure proper routing
Reception & Office Support
- Manage the front desk (in-person or virtually), welcoming clients and guests
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning, supplies, and cleanliness
- Handle courier dispatch, office calendar, and general correspondence
Support to Management
- Provide admin support to Directors and Project Leads
- Assist in preparing internal reports, invoices, and presentation materials
- Coordinate with finance, HR, and other departments as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative, receptionist, or office coordination roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Google Workspace, and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, WhatsApp Business)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
- Professional demeanor, multitasking ability, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with architectural or creative agency environments is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
