  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion across India. You will be the face of Travinities and Home Escape, responsible for identifying, pitching to, and onboarding new hotel and homestay properties. Your primary goal is to forge strong partnerships with property owners and bring high-potential properties into our portfolio.
  • This role is perfect for a hospitality professional with a hunter's mindset, a knack for negotiation, and a passion for building a brand from the ground up.

Requirements -

  • Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on business development or sales experience within the Indian hospitality sector.
  • Industry Background: Prior experience working with leading hotel chains or aggregators like OYO, Treebo, FabHotels, Vista Rooms, or similar is highly preferred.
  • Proven Track Record: A demonstrable history of success in closing hotel and/or homestay onboarding deals.
  • Hospitality Acumen: Strong understanding of hotel revenue models (RevPAR, ARR), OTA dynamics, and day-to-day property operations.
  • Key Skills: Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal communication, and relationship-building skills are a must. You should be persuasive, professional, and persistent.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions for site visits, meetings, and deal closures.
