Key Responsibilities:

MIS & Reporting:

  • Collect, compile, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Monitor key metrics such as sales targets, achievements, lead status, and productivity.
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain up-to-date records in internal systems or CRM tools.
  • Automate and streamline reporting processes wherever possible.

Sales Coordination:

  • Act as a point of contact between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, operations, finance).
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and documents.
  • Coordinate with the sales team on order processing, client follow-ups, and lead tracking.
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and events as needed by the sales team.
  • Support sales campaigns, initiatives, and performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in a Sales MIS / Coordinator or similar support role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts; Macros is a plus).
  • Experience with CRM tools and ERP software preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
