Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for aExecutive/ Senior Executive Human Resources, located in Gummidipoondi. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring efficient HR management. The role requires the individual to handle day-to-day HR tasks, coordinate HR initiatives, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and developing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
