Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)

Location: Remote (Night shift - US Time zone)

Job Description:

We are hiring entry-level candidates interested in US IT recruitment. This role supports hiring activities for clients in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates from job boards (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster) and internal databases.
  • Screen, shortlist, and submit candidate profiles to hiring teams.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
  • Communicate with candidates about roles, timelines, and next steps.
  • Assist with documentation related to US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.).

Who Should Apply

  • Entry-level candidates (freshers welcome) or candidates transitioning from non-IT roles.
  • Good English communication (written & verbal).
  • Able to work US night shift hours (Mon–Fri).
  • Driven, reliable, and customer-focused.
