**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
- Work on strategic global hiring programs.
- Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
- Procure people for different IT Requirements.
- Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
- Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
- Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants profiles on time.
- Proven successful sales record in the U.S Staffing industry & Benchsales.
- Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
- Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- To understand the Technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.

**Desired Skills**
- Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
- Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.
- Looking for someone who is been part of Bensales and US IT technical recruitment.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelors Degree in IT is preferred however the combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Must have a minimum of 5+ Years of experience in US IT Recruitment & Bench sales.
