Experience in US IT Recruiting/Staffing/Consulting Business across the USA

Experience in recruiting H1b,US Citizens and Green Card holders, OPT/CPT, EAD resources and H1B Transfers and Referrals.

Very strong experience in Tax Terms like - 1099/w2/C2C and Visas like - OPT, H1B, TN, EAD, GC & USC

Worked on Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Contract to Hire, Right to Hire and Remote positions.

Sourcing/data mining from various Job Portals Viz. Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, LinkedIn, The Ladders, Resume Bucket, Google Groups, and Referrals 9.

Recruitment of US IT professionals for onsite US projects, involving resourcing & screening of technical resumes, taking preliminary technical interviews to resume formatting, arranging interviews, follow-ups.
