We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **US IT Recruiter** to join our team on a commission-based freelance model. This role is ideal for recruiters with a strong network, excellent sourcing skills, and a passion for connecting top IT talent with leading US-based clients. As a freelancer, you will have complete flexibility to work at your own pace while earning lucrative commissions for every successful placement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and negotiations.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with US hiring regulations and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **6 months of experience** in US IT recruitment or **freshers can also apply**.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and US hiring trends.
- **Sourcing Expertise**: Hands-on experience with job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and deliver results without supervision.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
