**Responsibilities**:

- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient with recruitment tools like Apploi and Indeed.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR policies and procedures.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.

**Languages:

- English and Hindi**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
