Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update master data for RM/PM and BOM components in SAP.
  • Raise PO/Scheduling agreements in SAP against PRs as per MRP, ensuring approved prices are updated.
  • Monitor schedules in SAP, share delivery plans with vendors, and ensure order confirmations.
  • Coordinate imports: shipping notifications, customs clearance, and vendor follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely RM/PM delivery to meet production plans, avoiding demand-supply gaps.
  • Track daily in-warding, receipts, and maintain quality issue records; coordinate corrective actions, replacements, or credit notes with vendors.
  • Liaise with Planning, QA, Warehouse, and Finance for smooth operations and timely payments.
  • Anticipate and resolve supply issues, drive vendor performance improvements.
  • Prepare and update MIS/Daily/Monthly reports to track progress.
