Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Branding and Events Manager. The Branding and Events Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing brand-building initiatives and events that strengthen the organisation's identity, visibility, and engagement with key stakeholders. The role combines strategic brand management with hands-on execution of internal and external events.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance visibility, consistency, and equity across all platforms.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed across internal and external communications.
  • Collaborate with design, digital, and content teams to deliver cohesive marketing materials.
  • Manage brand campaigns, including creative development, production, and rollout.
  • Monitor brand performance and market perception through research and feedback.

Event Management

  • Plan, organise, and execute events, product launches, conferences, exhibitions, and internal engagement activities.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality and cost-effective execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align event objectives with business goals.
  • Oversee logistics including venue selection, invitations, branding, production, and on-site management.
  • Measure event outcomes and prepare post-event reports with recommendations.

Communications & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support development of marketing collateral, presentations, and PR materials for events and campaigns.
  • Work with media, partners, and agencies for co-branded initiatives and sponsorships.
  • Ensure consistent internal communication to enhance employee engagement and brand advocacy.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in branding, marketing communications, or event management.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale events and brand campaigns, especially in a Gaming company.
  • Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
