Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role located in Maharashtra, India. The Production Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events. Responsibilities include managing budgets and timelines, supervising event setup, ensuring quality standards are met, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The role also involves troubleshooting issues on-site and maintaining adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including event planning, timeline management, and budget management
  • Experience in vendor coordination, client communication, and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of event production, setup logistics, and quality assurance
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and managing on-site challenges
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and team management skills
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in event setups
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the events industry or with exhibitions is an added advantage
