Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with strong expertise in fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring quality output, meeting delivery timelines, and managing the workforce efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage the day-to-day production operations.
  • Supervise the fabrication & sheet metal production processes end-to-end.
  • Ensure production targets and deadlines are met with optimum resource utilization.
  • Monitor and maintain production quality, reduce rework, and minimize wastage.
  • Coordinate with design, planning, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
  • Manage and guide production workers, allocate tasks, and ensure discipline on the shop floor.
  • Maintain production records, daily reports, and documentation.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure safety standards and compliance on the shop floor.
  • Handle machine maintenance follow-ups to avoid downtime.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience in fabrication and sheet metal production.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, tools, and machinery.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and understand production workflows.
  • Good leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Local candidates from Vasai or nearby areas preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
