Job description

Job Role:

The Senior Executive – Hospitality Administration will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing daily operational data, including sales tracking, inventory management of Wine, food, merchandise, consumables, and assets. This role will also oversee excise operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and sending of weekly and monthly reports.
  • Take weekly and monthly wine inventories of all the outlets.
  • Conduct internal audits for all hospitality outlets and ensure proper documentation.
  • Manage inventory through par stock analysis, sales trends, and minimum stocking requirements for wines.
  • Oversee excise operations, ensuring compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements, including documentation, stock reconciliation, and adherence to excise laws. Maintain and update excise records on daily basis for all licenses.
  • Prepare all necessary audit documentation and reports.
  • Support in overall administration of hospitality department.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office. Mainly Excel.
  • Good command of English (both verbal and written).
  • Exceptional planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of office applications and modern digital tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Strong accounting skills with a keen eye for financial analysis.
  • Experience in excise operations and regulatory compliance will be an added advantage.
