Job Title: Senior Financial Executive

This is a senior-level position for an experienced financial professional to manage the company's financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the company's financial reporting, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage the month-end closing process, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Lead the development of annual budgets and forecasts, and provide regular financial updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and auditing requirements.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve financial efficiency and reduce costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certified Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • At least 4-5 years experience in finance and accounting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
